Real Madrid defeat Barcelona 3-2: Vazquez shines with a world-class assist
Madrid, 21/04/2024 – Real Madrid secured a thrilling 3-2 victory over Barcelona in the El Clásico clash that took place at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium last night.
The match was an exciting one with the balance of play being maintained for most of the time. Real Madrid were the first to score in the 29th minute thanks to a lobbed finish from Jude Bellingham after a pinpoint cross from Lucas Vazquez.

Federico Valverde unleashed a powerful shot from distance, the ball deflected off Gerard Pique and changed direction, leaving ter Stegen with no chance.
This victory consolidates Real Madrid’s lead at the top of La Liga with a 7-point advantage over Sevilla. Barcelona remain in third place, 5 points behind Real Madrid.
